To fully support the special rectification work of the pencil and wood product industry in our county,on July 10,the Kaihua Pencil Chamber of Commerce immediately organized relevant local enterprises to conduct field visits to two well-known enterprises in Qingyuan namely Zhejiang Jiuling Brush Co.,Ltd.and Zhejiang Best Intenerated Pencil Wood Co.,Ltd. to learn their advanced experience in technological innovation and industrial transformation and upgrading.

Accompanied by staff from Qingyuan Pencil Chamber of Commerce,the delegation first visited Zhejiang Jiuling Brush Co.,Ltd.,the chair unit of Qingyuan Pencil Chamber of Commerce.Warm reception by Chairman Shen Shizheng and the profound fraternal bond between the two pencil chambers of commerce made this study tour far more rewarding than expected.

After visiting Zhejiang Best Intenerated Pencil Wood Co.,Ltd.,all members of the delegation stated that General Manager Bao’s aspiration of "forging ahead to build China’s first pencil manufacturer adopting water-based paint" should become the goal for all entrepreneurs to pursue.

Visit water-based paint workshop and supporting environmental protection equipment

At present,all pencil enterprises in our county have complete dust collection facilities,yet their paint waste gas treatment equipment still needs upgrading.During the visit,Xie Zhongwei,Chairman of Kaihua Pencil Chamber of Commerce,put forward clear requirements for all participants.As the starting year of the 14th Five-Year Plan,the rectification and upgrading of our county’s pencil industry brooks no delay.To actively cooperate with rectification tasks from ecological and environmental protection inspections and accelerate the modernization of environmental governance,relevant enterprises shall formulate special plans for water-based paint application during the 14th Five-Year Period and strive for green and low-carbon development.
