Spanning 2000 kilometers, this "special bus" sent 31 "xinqingyuan people"!

"Welcome Sichuan migrant workers to Zhejiang!"On the morning of February 23,Huangtian Town of Qingyuan County welcomed the first special bus for cross-region paired employment toward common prosperity.The bus carried 31 migrant workers from Sichuan.It departed from Xuyong County,Sichuan Province on February 21 and arrived in Qingyuan County,Zhejiang Province after a two-day-and-two-night journey covering nearly 2000 kilometers.

"Factories in Qingyuan offer good working environments,generous salaries and worry-free schooling for children.As soon as I went back to Xuyong,I told my relatives,friends and villagers about Qingyuan,and they all expressed willingness to come and work together here,"said Tao Yong,a migrant worker representative who visited Qingyuan for inspection before the Spring Festival.

To plan and organize this chartered bus activity well,before the Spring Festival,staff from Qingyuan County traveled to Baila Miao Township,Xuyong County to carry out face-to-face activities delivering job vacancies,policies and services for local migrant workers.They helped them grasp the latest policies and job information of enterprises in Qingyuan and sent New Year greetings.

"The government helped us find jobs and arranged a special bus to take us straight from our doorsteps to factory shturl.c is extremely thoughtful,convenient and efficient,"said 19-year-old Yang Yuping,who took the special bus to work in Zhejiang for the first time.

It is learned that Baila Miao Township of Xuyong County lacks industrial development and has surplus rural laborers.With the promotion of the earlier assistance delegation,Qingyuan and Xuyong established cross-regional labor cooperation via joint Party building.Led by the Party Committee of Huangtian Town,Qingyuan County and the Party Committee of Baila Miao Township,Xuyong County,the two sides took targeted poverty alleviation and joint cooperation as an opportunity to build a labor export mechanism for labor cooperation,showcasing sincere mutual assistance spanning nearly 2000 kilometers.

More than ten enterprises including Hongxing Stationery,Oudi Industrial and Best Softened Board from Huangtian Town and Zhukou Town had been waiting for a long time.After a short and warm welcome ceremony,the 31 Sichuan migrant workers communicated face to face with enterprise managers according to their personal demands for full job selection.

On the same day,the 31 migrant workers reached successful employment cooperation with enterprises with full expectations for new jobs and new lives,realizing seamless employment from home to bus and then to factory.
